Enhance your afternoon with EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) with licensed trauma specialist, Dina Denney! EMDR is best known for treatment of PTSD, and we will be expanding on what it means and what it is growing to include in treatment. In addition to discussing EMDR, we will be offering a free in house 15 minute consultation when booked in advance, or grab one of the two available private, 4-hour sessions with Dina the following day (Sunday, September 29th). This event is available as a stand alone, or join us for yoga and brunch in the morning and finish here!
