This event begins with an interactive discussion and introduction to the science behind the healing powers of sound with Emily and Michelle. Class then transitions to an extended experience which will draw in participation from all of your senses, facilitating deep states of embodiment and possible non-ordinary states of consciousness accessed naturally. Expect to be transported through this practice. Emily is a visiting teacher, and this duo is in HIGH demand. Zero experience necessary, just bring in your curiosity and desire to drop in.
